Magma shrugged and put the money back in his pocket, leaving only $20 in his hand. Wow, he thought. I didn't think she would ask what I do. He removed his jacket, showing a red shirt and a sword strapped to his back. He pulled the sword out and showed it to Fledge. "I am a blacksmith, he answered. "You know, weapon craftsman." What connection to my dad could she have, he thought.

"Recognize these then?" Fledge grabbed a pair a katanas from a shelf behind the counter. She held them up and the light caught the silver blades. They looked sharp-very sharp. The hilts were engraved in desines that seemed to be feathers. "Whoever made them had skill, and I know of only a few blacksmiths in town." Fledge said. She held the swords with care, they were her cherished weapons.

Fledge pulled out a pair of katanas and showed them to Magma. He felt his heart skip a beat when he saw them. The perfectly sharpened, silver blades. The feathered hilt. The 3 foot length. There was no doubt that it was one of his made weapons. "I see," he said, smiling. "You have my Dragoon. Two of them to be exact."

"I am honored to have met the creator. These are truly wonderful swords." Fledge bowed respectfully. She replaced the swords in there place under the counter. She studied Magma, still on the planning track. I wonder what information Magma could have about this guy? Would it help to ask?

"And I am honored to have met someone who uses them," Magma replied. Fledge put the swords back where she got them and continued to stare at Magma. He tilted his head to the side a bit and asked, "So he killed your family and killed my mother," Magma said, talking about the man obviously. "I can tell you have more rage towards him than I do right now. But.....I should go at him alone. Besides, I never thanked him properly for making me who I am today."

"So he didn't kill your father?" Fledge asked. Then she said "I can't let you go alone. He killed what was most precious to me." Fledge's eyes flared with hatred for the man. He had killed her brother and he would pay. She pushed a strand of hair out of her face and her expression became determined.

Magma sighed. He turned around to look at the door. I shouldn't be here, he thought. "I'm sorry, but I have to go. If you want, I can leave him to you, but I don't think I can stay here much longer." He wanted to get away from his father. Having a conversation about him made Magma want to just rip heads off. He turned around and went to the door, putting his hand on the knob.

"Don't." Fledge said "I'm going to need your help with this, and me saying that is rare." It was rare, this was the first time she'd ever asked for help from anyone. Just then the door creaked and opened. A girl who looked barely thirteen jumped in. She bounded across the room and latched onto Fledge's arm. Her hair was purple-black and she grinnning. She then noticed Magma "Oh! Fledge, you have company!" "Yes, kind of." Fledge sighed.

Magma stared at Fledge for a good minute or two. He didn't know what to comprehend first. The rare 'Need your help' or the girl who literally bounced in. "Hi," he said to the girl. "I'm Magma. And you are?" Gah! This is stupid. I have to get out of here.

"I'm Katze, I own this place!" The girl said. "Yeah, but I do all the work." Fledge said "Katze, there was a request for a man under the name of Zero Stryke, did you recognize him?" "Sure did. You killed 'im 'cause he killed your brother. I was confused when I saw it. " "Apperently, he's still alive. I'm going to hunt him. Magma may or may not come." Fledge said. "Wow, you're accepting help now Fledge? " Katze asked, then turned to Magma "So you're a sweeper to, eh?"

"N-no. Not really...," Magma said, his voice a bit shaky. "I--I got to go. Maybe Katze can help you out. That is, if I don't get to him first." Magma looked a bit uneasy being around these people. Finally, he just said it quietly. "My name is Magma Stryke. Zero........is my dad."

Fledge nodded understandingly "Then I am sorry that I have to end the life of a member of your family." Katze stayed quiet, slightly confused. She whispered something to Fledge and went upstairs. Determination took Fledge and she made a silent promise to the stars Brother, I will kill your murderer. He has burdened me for so long, he will die.

"Don't be sorry," Magma said, relieved that they took it sorta well. "But I'm gonna kill him. Whether or not I help you find him to do it will be decided after I think about it."
(OOC: short I know, but I had nothing to write this time.)

Fledge noded "That is your choice." Fledge was slightly astonished at the politeness she was showing. She'd never gotten close to the opposite gender exept for her brother, but now she felt a kinship for Magma. But that might've just been the shared enimy.
OOC: Me neither >.<

"Well, good night." Magma made his way to the stairs and went up a few steps. "Oh, and thanks. For letting me stay I mean." He smiled at Fledge. "I appreciate it."
